It was recently brought to my attention that your company is listing against ASIN's created by No1Shop using UPCs owned by Beschoi, with items that include our trademark logo, when in fact, the product is counterfeit and/or manufactured by a different company. Please also note that the Beschoi is a registered trademark and we are the only authorized seller. This letter will serve as our notification to you to remove your listing under us immediately as well as our only attempt to resolve this matter amicably. Your actions are in violation of Amazon's policies and procedures governing the Marketplace and may result in the termination of your seller account. If the listing is not removed by 12:00 PM EST tomorrow we will be forced to take further action.
