You have entered the summer break. Thank you for always joining the lessons. It was great to see you today.
In today's lesson, we reviewed the vocabulary from Lesson 1 and practiced using those words. We also practiced the conversation from the textbook. You were very smooth, and it was truly excellent. We even had some free conversation using the phrases you've learned so far. You're gradually getting more comfortable with Japanese. It was excellent. Thank you again. Have a great week. See you next time!
I really enjoyed talking with you about Japanese culture again today. You did a great job with kore, sore, and are, and your counting was very good too! I’m looking forward to seeing you again next week.
At the beginning of class, we talked about the World Cup. Brazil still looks very strong, as always. I have only been watching Japan's matches so far, but our conversation made me want to watch some games from other countries as well.
It was fun talking about soccer and hearing your thoughts. I hope you continue enjoying the World Cup, and maybe we can talk more about it in our next class! ⚽😊
Today we practiced numbers in Japanese. There are some irregular pronunciations that can be tricky, such as 300, さんびゃく 600, ろっぴゃく 800, はっぴゃく 3,000, さんぜん and 8,000. はっせん However, you did a great job pronouncing them correctly!
We also practiced using numbers to talk about ages and prices, and you were able to say them accurately. There is a lot to memorize when learning numbers, but you are making steady progress.
Keep up the great work, and let's continue practicing together. Thank you for coming to class today! 😊ありがとうございました。
