Konbanwa! Thank you for your time on Sunday night. It was a pleasure as always! We finished up to Lesson 2 "Question",Excellent job! In today's lesson, We started to learn and practice Lesson 3,"How much is it?,Ikura-desuka?", it can be answered "500(go-hyaku)Yen desu". Using a polite way of speaking formal,it ends with numbers and Currency desu.
The phrases like,
"korewa ikura desuka?","korewa 350(san-byaku go-jyu) Yen desu",
"kono nigiriwa ikura desuka?","kono nigiriwa or korewa 100(hyaku) Yen desu",
"kono tamago-yakiwa ikura desuka?","kono tamago-yakiwa 300Yen desu".
"sono sobawa ikura desuka?",it can be answered "kono sobawa 290 (nihyaku-kyujyu)Yen desu".
"tamagowa ikura desuka?","2000 Yen desu.(In the U.S.,the price of eggs is about 2,000 yen per pack of 12eggs)
