Congratulations on your grandmother's 100th birthday! It's wonderful that you were all able to celebrate together. Today, it was so much fun sharing tips with each other on how to count numbers and memorize them in English. Thank you for the great ideas! I also introduced a funny Kanji T-shirt. I was so happy to find that we share the same sense of humor—no wonder we get along so well... I felt that way from the very first time we met! Lol. We also shared two news stories about sushi. The experience of touring sightseeing spots while eating sushi on an open-top bus looked so interesting. We were quite surprised when we compared the price per plate of a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant that opened in New York. Today we also studied the top 16 most common Japanese surnames. And wow, you were able to read the Hiragana so well! Amazing! We finished the lesson practicing "Whose is this? It's mine." I'm looking forward to seeing you again next week!
