Today was the last lesson of August. Thank you for joining the lesson despite the heat and your busy schedule. I really appreciate it.

In today’s lesson, we mainly practiced changing verbs into the ta‑form.
Since you have been practicing conversation in the polite form until now, I think it felt a little difficult.
But you were able to make sentences using the ta‑form, which was great.
The ta‑form is just as important as the te‑form, so let’s keep reviewing it little by little.

Also, thank you for showing me your Hatsune Miku goods and the Sakura Cola.
Hatsune Miku was very cute, and the Sakura Cola label was adorable as well. Thank you for sharing so many things with me.

You worked very hard today. おつかれさまでした。
Have a wonderful weekend, and see you in September!

Great job with the lesson.
Your Japanese pronunciation is very natural—likely because you love anime. If you're up for it, let's continue learning Japanese together next week.

Thank you for attending the last lesson of August without missing any classes. I really appreciate your dedication. It was wonderful to see you.
Today, we continued working on the te‑form and practiced making sentences with various verbs.

“Yobimasu” and “yomimasu” sound different, but the te‑form is the same: “yonde.”
Verbs ending in “bi” and “mi” both change to “nde.”

* For “yobimasu” and “yonde,” we say yo softly and nde strongly.
* For “yomimasu” and “yonde,” we say yo strongly and nde softly.
In Japanese, there are words that have the same pronunciation but different meanings and different characters. This is one of the difficult points of Japanese.

You are really sharp also I can feel your enthusiasm.
Great job, thank you for your hard work today too.
Have a great weekend then. See you in September!

Andrea-san, great job today.

We practiced making the "て‑form" a lot, and you can already make many verbs into the "て‑form". That’s wonderful!

In our next lesson, we’ll continue with Lesson 6 and practice “〜ている.”

See you next week!
