Thank you very much for joining today’s lesson.
Today, we practiced talking about experiences using the past tense (た-form). You were able to use the ta-form well, and I enjoyed learning about Raymond san’s experiences through your explanations.
I was especially surprised to learn that you have the first volume of your favorite anime, Doraemon, in manga form. I also love Doraemon very much and often watch the anime, so that was a fun topic to share.
Next, we practiced using “たり、たり します” to talk about plans. You explained what you do on Saturdays and what you do before going on a date using this pattern. You also talked about what you would like to do in Japan using “tari, tari,” which you handled very well. I would also love to eat delicious crab in Hokkaido and relax in an onsen.
I imagine it is very cold and challenging with snow every day, but let’s continue doing our best studying Japanese together.

Thank you for coming to the lesson.
We looked at words like “uma” (horse) and “shimauma” (zebra), and “ari” (ant) and “shiroari” (termite), where adding a word changes the meaning.
We also continued learning about case particles. It’s a relief that we finished the many uses of “ni”!

「馬」と「シマウマ」、「アリ」と「シロアリ」のように、言葉を足すと別のものを表す語を紹介しました。

There are fish at the aquarium.

こんばんわ！Thank you for joining the lesson today even though you were busy. It's great to see you! In today's lesson, we practiced the particle "は"(wa), which we use after the subject. We add "は"(wa) after a subject or a noun. The word じょし(joshi,particle) means ‘helping words’in Japanese — it is not the word for "じょし(girl)."
Particles are very important in Japanese. We need them to make correct sentences. English needs prepositions to make the meaning clear. Japanese needs particles for the same reason.
Tomorrow, we'll work on the particle ni wa and how it's used. Excellent work,おつかれさまでした！それではまたあした！
